Golrang Ventures Fund is the corporate venture capital arm of Golrang Group. It began its operations in 2023 with the mission of identifying, supporting, and investing in technology-driven and knowledge-based businesses that are strategically aligned with and complementary to Golrang Group’s value chain.

Golrang Ventures Fund focuses on direct venture capital investment through participation in the establishment of, or capital increases in, eligible knowledge-based companies; indirect participation and investment in funds and investment institutions to support technology development, the creation and growth of new businesses, the expansion of production capacity, and the growth of such companies; as well as investment and participation in innovation ecosystem development initiatives aligned with the needs and strategic priorities of Golrang Group.

How It All Began:

Golrang Corporate Venture Capital Research & Technology Fund, Iran’s Largest Venture Capital fund with registered capital of IRR10 Trillion, was officially registered with the Copmanies Registration Office on March 9, 2024 under National ID 14013169465 and Registraion Number 628207.
The fund’s license had previously been approved at the 26th meeting of the Permanent Working Group of the Steering Council of Knowledge-Based Technologies and Productions in January 2024. The operating license was subsequently issued on March 18, 2024, following an inspection by representatives of the Research and Technology Funds Working Group
